You agree to use our automated workflows responsibly. Any misuse of the engagement platform to violate consumer rights or spam telecommunications lines will result in immediate termination of the SaaS agreement.
We guarantee a 99.99% uptime SLA for all AI automation workflows. However, we are not liable for transient network disruptions caused by third-party integrations.
